LODESTAR Corp. DBA RV We Go ("we", "us", "our") operates the RV We Go website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.

- Driver's license information (state, number)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
- Trip details (dates, destination, special requests)

All payment processing is handled by **Stripe**, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL.

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:
- **Stripe** — for payment processing
- **Insurance providers** — as required for your rental coverage
- **Law enforcement** — only when legally required

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers (Supabase, hosted on AWS). We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Row-level security on database access
- Regular security audits
- Limited employee access to personal data

We use essential cookies for site functionality. We use the following analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site:
- **Google Analytics 4** — page views, traffic sources, conversion tracking (with IP anonymization enabled)
- **Microsoft Clarity** — heatmaps and session recordings to improve user experience (sensitive content is masked automatically)
We respect the "Do Not Track" browser setting. If enabled, all analytics are disabled. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings. Under CCPA, you have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information — we do not sell your data.
